let the velocity of the plane be V m/s
horizontal component of velocity =
V cos 60°= 200
v x 1/2 = 200
v = 400
=400 km/hr
vertical component of velocity is
V sin 60 = v/(3)^1/2=400/1.7 km/h
4000/17km/hr
