ratio of the speed of the two is 18:5

Step-by-step explanation:

for aeroplane

time taken = 1 hr 40 min = 1+\frac{2}{3} = \frac{5}{3} hours

distance = 1350 km

speed = \frac{distance }{time} = \frac{1350}{\frac{5}{3} } \\

= \frac{1350\times 3}{5}

= 810 km/h

for helicopter

time taken = 2 hr 40 min = 2+\frac{2}{3} = \frac{8}{3} hrs

distance = 600 km

speed = \frac{distance }{time} = \frac{600}{\frac{8}{3} }

= \frac{600\times 3}{8}

= 225 km/h

then ratio of their speeds are  810 : 225  = 18:5

hence ,

ratio of the speed of the two is 18:5
