lets take the two aeroplanes be A &B
plane A takes 3 hrs to travel 3600 km
so speed of Plane A =3600/3=1200 km/hrs (speed= dist/time)
speed of palne B is 100 km/hr less than plane A
so speed of plane B =1200-100=1100 km/hr
time taken by Plane B for the same distance =3600/1100 =36/11=3.2727 hrs (time =dist/speed)
