i the question, u need to calculate the total distance and the total time taken ,right!!
here u can see clearly that total distance is 400km.
now ,for first 200km , calculate the time
=> speed= distance/time
=> time= distance / speed ,so 200/ 300= 2/3 hours
similarly for next 200km , time = 200/240=5/6 hours
now total time= 2/3 + 5/6 =3/2hours
so,
average speed= total distance/ total time taken
=> 400/ (3/2)
=> 800/3km/hours
=> 266.66km/h
i hope u get my answer!
