An agreement is a two-way road, so each party should get something of significant worth from the other party or gatherings or otherwise are not lawfully considered to act as thought.
How?
- The segment 2(j) of the Act characterizes a void agreement as "An agreement which quits being enforceable by regulation becomes void when it stops being enforceable".
- This makes that multitude of agreements that are not enforceable by a courtroom as void.
Examples of illegal agreements:
- Contracts for the deal, or appropriation of unlawful substances for example drugs.
- Agreements of exercises which are viewed as unlawful by the law.
- Business contracts for recruiting labourers who are not over the age recommended by regulation.
- Agreement to take up arms against State Government.
