Explanation:

Hey, Myself Vinayak......

Firstly I want to thank u for asking this question,as this question came for my 1st term Exam.....

So the aswer are as follows:

Power P = VI = 2000 W V = 220 V Current drawn I = P/V = 2000 W/220 V = 9.09 A...

...

The current drawn by the air conditioner is 9 A , which is much greater than the capacity of the fuse in the circuit, i.e., 5 A......

..So when a high current of 9 A flows through the 5 A fuse, the fuse wire will get heated to such an extent that it melts and breaks the circuit, cutting off the power supply.

Hence when an air conditioner of rating 2000 W; 220 V is operated in a domestic circuit that has a current rating of 5 A, the fuse will blow off cutting off the power supply in the circuit......

I take too long for giving u the correct answer......

In return I want u to mark my answer as Brainliest!
