An air filled balloon moves upward when it is released in inverted position.Why?​

A balloon which is filled with air doesn't float up if it's just air. It needs to be hot to be able to float above because you require something which is light enough to be able to float above ordinary air. Hot air is less dense than normal or cold air around it. This causes it to float.

Simply said, hot air is lighter than cold air and this causes it to rise above.
