In uniform circular motion the relation between linear velocity,v and angular velocity ,w is

v=wr, where r is radius of the circular path. Therefore ,

w=v/r………(1)

Given,r=1 km = 1000 m.

v= 900 km/h = (900)(5/18) = 250 m /s. Using these values in (1),

w= (250/(1000)=0.25 rad/s.
