An airplane starts from rest and moves with a uniform acceleration of 3.0 m/s^2 for 30.0s before leaving the grpund. Determine its displacement.

S = ut + 0.5at²
= 0 + [0.5 × 3 m/s² × (30 s)²]
= 1350 m

Displacement of airplane is 1350 m
