Any alkali which produces large no. Of hydroxyl ions on dissolving in water can be any strong base .

So answer can be sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and potassium hydroxide (KOH).

Alkaline is solution form of base and will not form any hydronium ions . (you have studied in today's class itself)
