Explanation: Allosteric inhibition is the process in which it inhibits the activity of enzymes to control the speed of any kind of metabolic reaction allosteric inhibition takes place and to proceed with this reaction the inhibitors used are allosteric inhibitors and they do so by slowing the activity of the enzyme by deactivating it and this happens as every enzyme have two sites and they are active sire and the allosteric site so whenever an allosteric inhibitor binds to the allosteric site it changes the conformation of the enzyme so that its active site is no longer available for the reaction to take place and that is how the enzyme activity is stopped and sometimes in some reactions the products itself acts as inhibitor nd binds to an allosteric site which is called as the feedback mechanism and this is done because the product formation is no more needed so the signal is needed to be recahed to the enzyme to stop the further reaction.
