100 - 30 - 45 = 25%

.

Mass of copper in 400g of alloy:

25% x 400g = 0.25 x 400 = 100g

.

Answer: There are 100g of copper in 400 g of alloy.

mass%of copper=100-(30+45) =25%

therefore mass of copper =25%of400g

=100g
