An aluminium wire of cross-section 3 x 10-4m2 has a length of 51 m. If the resistivity of aluminium is 2.6 x 10-8ohm.m, what would be the resistance of the wire?

R=resistivity*L/area

=2.6*10^-8*51/3*106-3

=442*10^-5
