Let the principal be a

Amount = 3a

Time = 6 years

SI = Amount - Principal

SI = 3a - a = 2a

SI = 2a

=> PRT/100 = 2a.

=> a *R *6 = 200a

=> R = 200a/6a

=> R = 33.3 %
