An amount of rupees 4500 is to be distributed among shrinath , ramesh and raghunath in in the ratio of 3:7:5 respectively .If rupees 500 added to each of the share ,the new ratio will become ?

Let the Share of Shrinath, Ramesh and Raghunath  be 3x , 7x and 5x respectively.

According to the Questions,

                           3x + 7x + 5x = Rs. 4500
                                         15x = 4500
                                            x = 300
Thus, Shrinath's Shares = 3x
                                       = 3 × 300
                                       = Rs.900
Ramesh's Shares = 7x
                             = 7 × 300
                             = Rs, 2100
 
Raghunath's Shares = 5x
                                  = 5 × 300
                                  = Rs. 1500

Now, if rs 1500 will be added to the share of all 3 persons then new shares will be---

Shrinath's New Shares = 300 + 500
                                      = Rs. 800

Ramesh's New Shares = 2100 + 500
                                      = Rs. 2600

Raghunath's New Shares = 1500 + 500
                                          = Rs. 2000

The new Ratio of there shares will be----
         800 : 2600 : 2000
               = 4 : 13 : 5


Hence, the New Ratio of there Shares is 4 : 13 : 5.
