Let the angle be x degrees.

Its supplimentary angle =180-x

According to the question

x:180-x=4:5

x/180-x=4/5

By cross -multiplication

5x=4 (180-x)

5x=720-4x

5x+4x=720

9x=720

x=720/9

x=80

Therefore

Angle=80 degrees

Its supplimentary angle =180-80

=100 degrees .

4x+ 5x =180
9x=180
x=180/9
x=20

so,measure of angles are 4×20=80 and 5×20=100

hence, angles are 100 and 120

aditya2253812: it is right
SillySam: just check it
SillySam: moreover 100+120 is not equal to 180
SillySam: ur multiplication is wrong
SillySam: just edit that
SillySam: 4×20=80 and 5×20=100
aditya2253812: sorry but thanks
SillySam: He he .....don't be sorry brother that was a minor one ....
SillySam: BTW my pleasure :)
SillySam: last line bhi edit kro
