if sum of angles is equal to its complement ,

then,

let the angle be X

according to the question

complement =Angle

so,

X +X = 90

2 X = 90

X =90/2

X =45

Let the angle be x

Then the complement is (90 - x)

If the angle is equal to its complement it means that

x = 90 - x

or 2*x = 90

or x = 45 degrees.
