Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Here's what we know:

180 - x = 4(90-x) (supplementary angles add together to make 180 degrees. Complementary create 90 degrees. This particular angle's supplementary's partner is 4 times as large as its complementary's partner)

180 - x = 360 - 4x

180 + 3x = 360

3x = 180

x = 60

Let's check

180 - 60 = 120

So the supplementary angle is 120.

90 - 60 = 30

So the complementary angle is 30.

4 * 30 = 120

Four times the complementary is equal to the supplementary

hey mate!!

let one angle be x then other 4x
now, x+4x=90 , as sum of complementary angles is 90
so, 5x=90
x=90/5=18

4x=18×4=72
now, supplementary angle of 72=180-72 as sum of supplementary angles is 180
so, supplementary angle=108

hope it helped!
