An angle is greater than 45 degree. Is its complementary angle greater than 45 degree or equal to 45 degree or less than 45degree?

let the angle be 46° (greater than 45°)
angle equal to 45°
45° + 46° = 91° (not complementary)
angle greater than 45°
46° + 46° = 92° (not complementary)
angle less than 45°
44° + 46° = 90° (complementary)

so the angle should be less than 45°
