Let A and B are two angles making a complementary angle pair and A is greater than 45º.

A + B = 90º

B = 90º − A

Therefore, B will be lesser than 45º.

hope it helps you....

The complementry angle will be less than 45°

Explanation :-

Sum of two complementry angle is equal to 90° and if one of them is more than 45° then it is confirmed that the other will be less than 45°

Example :-

Suppose any angle more than 45°.....

Let 46° be the angle..

Its complementry angle is 90 - 46 = 44°

Which is less than 45°
