An angle measures 110° more than the measure of a supplementary angle. What is the measure of each angle?

Greetings..!

We know , supplementary angles sum up to make 180°.

Let the one angle be x °.

Then , the other one = (x + 110)°

So, the sum of these two angles must be 180°,as :

⇒x + x + 110 = 180

⇒2x = 180-110 {transposing 110 to R.H.S}

⇒x = 70/2

⇒x = 35 = First angle

Second angle = (x + 110)° = (35+110)°=145°

Answer : Hence , the   two angles are  35° and 145°.
