The pressure exerted is 4*10 .

Given - Force and area

Find - Pressure

Solution - Pressure = Force/Area

As we know, 100 cm = 1 m

10⁴ cm² = 1 m²

So, 100 cm² = (1*100)/10⁴

100 cm² = 10-² m²

Keep the values in formula

Pressure =  \frac{4000}{ {10}^{ - 2} }

Pressure = 4 \times  {10}^{5}   {m}^{2}

Hence, the pressure is 4*10 .
