the ant travel at the rate of per cm...is
2 min- 60*2 = 120sec
then.....
now... distance÷time = speed
30/120 = 1/4...then...the ant move 1 cm for 4 seconds..
I think it will help u buddy

Answer:

4 seconds per centimeter

You can do this by unitary method :

take - 60*2/30 =4

because if it take 30 cm in 2 min

then it take 1 cm in 2/30 min

therefore it take 1 cm in 2/30*60 sec

which is same as 60*2/30 which gives 4 seconds per cm
