2D because it is moving in a scaler path which is place(you can ignore the curve of the apple)

See... Like we are walking on earth(roads) it flat...But if we go to outer space earth will resemble spherical in shape same happens with apple for an an it a 2D object or you can for an ant its a road but when you look a apple from outside it resembles sphere...Hope this helps you do mark it as brainliest
