middle term = 37+1/2=19 other 2 middle terms are 19-1 ,19+1
a/q 19 term+20term+18term =225
a+18d+a+19d+a+17d=225
3a+54d=225 divide by 3
a+18d=75 (1)
now last three terms are 35,36 and 37term
a/q a+34d+a+35d+a+36d= 429
3a+105d=429
a+35d= 143....(2)
from 1 and 2
a+18d=75
a+35d=143
17d=68
d=4
a=75-72=3......(from 1)
so ap = 3,7,11,15
