Answer:

Given Data: Total terms = 50

                     Third term = 12,  last term = 106. Find 29th term:

Solution:

Step 1: AP Formula: Tn = a+(n-1)d

               where a is the first term and n is the number of term need to find and d is the difference of two terms in the sequence.

Step 2: Find the difference :  t50 - t3 = 106-12 =94. therefore, sum of 47 terms is 94 and the difference is 94/47 = 2;

Step 3: Find a. Since third term is 12 and the difference is 2 first term is 12-4 =8

Step 4: t29 = 8+(29-1)2 = 64 = answer
