An AP consists of 50terms of an AP are 4 and-8 respectively, which term of this AP is zero? step by step explanation​

According to the question:

n = 50

a3 = 12

a + 2 * d = 12 -(1)

a50 = 106

a + 49 * d = 106 -(2)

After solving (1) and (2) you will get

47 * d = 106 – 12

d = 94/47 = 2

and a = 12 -4 = 8

So, a29 = a + 28 * d

a29 = 8 + 28 * 2

a29 = 64

So the 29th term of the given A.P. will be 64.
