Apple:
An apple is a fruit which is very tasty which we can eat raw. It contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Folate (folic acid) etc... We can make many things with apples such as Apple Cider Vinegar, Juice, Pie etc...
Cauliflower:
Cauliflower is a vegetable which we usually don't eat as raw. But some people eat as raw. It is not much tastier than an apple if we eat raw. It contains 100% of the daily recommended amount of vitamin C.
About a quarter of your daily vitamin K. 2% of your daily calcium and iron. 6% of your daily potassium. More than 3 % of your daily magnesium etc.. We can make Curry, Fry, roast etc which is very tasty than eating raw.
