W(total) = 1×0.2×10×20 + 2×0.2×10×20 + 3×0.2×10×20 + 4×0.2×10×20 + 5×0.2×10×20

W(total) = (1+2+3+4+5) × 0.2×10×20

W(total) = 15 × 40

W(total) = 600 J
