Subject: Prayer for ban of loudspeakers during examination.
Respected Sir,
The district administration has banned the use of PA System (loudspeakers) vide an order with effect 1st June, 2019 without obtaining prior permission from from your office or from the Superintendent of Police.
However, many individuals and groups are wilfully ignoring the order.
In this connection, I wanted to bring to your attention that the use of loudspeakers disturbs the students who are studying and preparing hard for their forthcoming examination. It is very difficult for them to concentrate on their lessons with so much loud noises around. This is having an adverse effect on more than 30 thousand students of Class X and XII enrolled for the current session.
I therefore request you, the higher authorities, and law enforcement departments to kindly ban the use of loudspeakers in the interest of the students in particular and the public in general.
