An application to change second language hindi to bengali

But as Bengali is my mother tongue, I can do better in it compared to Hindi. Due to my not so good performance in Hindi , my percentage of marks is not up to the mark. I don't want to perform average in this new academic year. I request you to please allow me to change my second language.
