Respected Sir,

I am a student of your school, belonging to Class IX C. I am writing this to get your permission to change my second language Hindi to Bengali.

I score average marks in Hindi. But as Bengali is my mother tongue, I can do better in it compared to Hindi.

Due to my not so good performance in Hindi , my percentage of marks is not up to the mark. I don't want to perform average in this new academic year.
