An aq. solution is 5-M Bacl2, 58.5% (w/v)
Nacl and 2m Na2X, what will be the
molarity of each ion in the solution if
molar mass of x is 96 and density is 2g ml^-1

Answer:

BaCl2 has concentration 5M

Ba+2 is 5M

Cl- is 10M

NaCl is 58.8 %w/v

Approx MM is 58.8

Molarity=(58.8 ÷ 100)÷MM ×1000

            =(0.588÷58.8 )×1000

             =10M

Na+ is 10M and Cl- is 10M

Na2X is 2M

So Na+ is 4M and X- is 2M

Total Cl- is 20M

Total Na+ is 14M

Total anion is 22M

Total cation is 19M
