Hydrilla plant mostly used in the practical work to prove that oxygen is formed during photoshythesis because Hydrilla is a submerged aquatic plant and it have not stomata to take carbon dioxide and release oxygen that is why it respires through their whole body surface and release oxygen through this so we can easily.
