an aqueos solution of sodium chloride is neutral but aqueos solution of sodium carbonate is basic.why

because NaCl is made from strong acid (HCl) and strong kase (NaOH) thus it is a neutral salt in aqueous form.

but Na2Co3 is made from strong Base(NaOH) and weak acid (H2CO3) thus it is basic salt in aqueous form
