osmotic pressure of urea = CRT

= gram mass/ molar mass × volume [R ×T]

[ common formula for both parts]

=0.4/60× 100 [0.0831 × 300

=0.01642 pa

osmotic pressure of sugar = CRT

= 3.42/342× 100 [0.0821×300

=0.00246pa

hope it helps
