☆Solution is \red{Aqueous}

Since, concentration of solution is ≤ 10^(-7)
so we have to go with self ionization of water.

 {H}^{ + }  =  {10}^{ - 9}  +  {10}^{ - 7}  \\  =  {10}^{ - 7} (1 +  {10}^{ - 2} ) \\ pH =  -  log( {10}^{ - 7} (1 +  {10}^{ - 2} ) ) \\  = 7 -  log(1.01)  \\
➡️pH will be less than 7.

Hope it will help you✔️
