ammonium chloride is a salt formed by neutralization of weak base and strong acid where as NaCl is found by neutralization of a strong base and strong acid both acid and bases are completely associated in an aqueous solution and hence the solution is neutral

Hey Buddy here's ur answer

Ammonium chloride is a salt of weak base and strong acid, it undergoes salt hydrolysis to produce an acidic solution whereas sodium chloride is a salt of strong acid and strong base, it does not undergo salt hydrolysis hence its solution remains neutral.
