We know that,

Area of sector = 1/2 × radius(r) × length of arc

20 pie = 1/2 × radius × 5 pie

20 pie × 2 ÷ 5 pie = radius

(Here pie will get cancelled and 5 × 1 = 5 & 5 × 4 = 20)

4 × 2 = radius

8 = radius

Therefore the length of radius is 8 cm.
