- Final velocity(v) = 0 m/s
- Displacement after covering a runway of 2 km = 2000 m

SOLUTION:
Using the formula,
v^2 - u^2 = 2 x a x s
0 − 3600 = 2 a (2000)
Hence, a = −0.9 m/s^2
v − u = a x t
0 − 60 = 0.9 t
t = 66.67 s
Therefore, Acceleration = -0.9 m/s^2 and Time = 66.67 s
