An arithmetic seq that starts as 5, 9, 13... what is the next term of the seq why

We can see here that common difference is 4 ( common difference is that no which is added to every No. to  get the next no. and we can find the common difference simple by subtracting the No with its previous no.

Common difference = 9 - 5 =4   means we add 4 to no. to get its next no.

so starting from 5 we have added +4 to get 9

and after 9 we will add +4 to get next no 9 + 4 =13..

so for finding next no after 13 we will add +4 to 13

                  next term after 13 will be 13+ 4 = 17

        and    next term after 17 will be  17 + 4 = 21

and so on.
