An army contingent has 4931 men in total. They are required to stand for inspection in equal numbers of rows and columns. Find the number of men in each row and column. How many are left out?

they are required to stand in equal rows and columns
.: the square root of 4931 must be found
which is 70.22 (actually i think the question is wrong because usually the square root must be a whole number.But you can round it off to 70 in this case ;) )
so the men must stand in 70 rows with 70 columns each. hope this answer helps you!
