columns. What is the maximum number of columns in which they can march?

616 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 11 × 7

32 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × 2

HCF of (616,32) = 2 × 2 × 2

= 8

Maximum number of column = 8
