As we know that the magnetic force per unit length between any two wires is given as

F = \frac{\mu_o I^2}{2\pi d}

since current flowing in same direction in all wires so they both will attract the middle wire

Now since the middle wire is at perpendicular position with respect to other two wires

So we will have

F_{net} = \sqrt{F^2 + F^2}

F_{net} = \sqrt2 F

F_{net} = \frac{\sqrt2 \mu_o I^2}{2\pi d}
