Let distance of image from mirror be v

focal length(f)=20cm(behind the mirror)

As we know,

1/v+1/u=1/f

=>1/v=1/20+1/25

=>1/v=(5+4)/100

=>1/v=9/100

=>v=100/9cm(behind the mirror)

Therefore the position f the image is 11 1/9cm behind the mirror.

Let the size of the image be I.

Size of object=2.5cm

As we know,

I/O=v/u

=>I/2.5=100/(9*25)

=>I=4/9 * 2.5

=>I=10/9cm

Therefore, the size of image is 10/9cm.
