CP of an article =2700

after manufacturing the price =3200

the traders seal it at the discount of 5%

the trader again discount 5% for cash payment .

total profit is equal to 10%

difference between 3200 and 2700 is 500

 \frac{10}{500}  \times 100

 \frac{10}{5}

=2
