The ABC School Food Fair held on 3 January, was a grand success. The Fair was organised by students of grades 5 to 12. Students and parents gathered in large numbers, visiting the various food stalls, set up by the students themselves. Each stall naturally showcased different dishes and visitors to the Fair could be seen trying out the many tasty dishes.
There were food stalls from each state of India and they were themed on the delicacies, particular to that states.
The Chairman of The Chamber of Commerce was the chief guest. At the closing function, he gave away prizes to the winning stalls, elected by the visitors to the fair.
On 14th of November, on the occasion of the Children’s Day, like every year, a grand carnival was organized at our school premises.
Teachers along with some fellow students made up stalls, food stalls and game stalls for all the students.
The food stalls included stalls such as panipuri stall, chat and momo stall, bakery stalls, dips and fries stall, pizza and ice-cream stalls, and biriyani stalls.
The game stalls were no less.
They comprised of stalls like kill the rat, search the missing egg, riddles, puzzles, complete the tasks in 30 seconds and many more.
The winners of the game stalls received exciting gifts.
Right from the morning, the school ground became crowded with students of all classes.
There were also arrangements for song and dance where students had a gala time.
In the evening, students also brought in their parents to experience the gala event.
