This is followed because many experienced and learned people who well and highly qualified try to have better life in developed and high technological countries. So they migrate from one country to leave there, permanently by leaving their own country for a comfortable and advance lifestyle. Almost these rites are mostly followed by luxurious and people who have the habit or aim to be professional. Due to such thoughts and conferred people leave their birth country and try to settle in other countries in which they are satisfied.
