Following are the works done by the government for agricultural development:
( 1)KCC card is provided to poor farmaers to increase their production of crops.
(2) Distribution of fertilizer,insecticide, etc is done at a subsidised rate.
(3) cooperative society and rural level banks are set up for peasants to provide them loans and continue their agricultural activity.
(4) Many schemes are made by the government to encourage and promote the farmers for their economic development.E.g, for growing mushrooms in rural areas government pay a well amount.
