There are many aspects in life where a woman has to undergo such situations where she cannot excel to her fullest potential and capabilities.
It is obvious that for a woman to excel or to prove herself worthy she needs the same equality as that of a man and the same treatment as that of a man, because that is the only way she'll be able to excel.

Next is labor because women are equally competitive and passionate about their work, sometimes they are even more because they tend to choose work life over other things.
Lastly, leadership is also quite important because this provides them a sense of following that they have supporters and that they are worthy enough to be treated like a role model or a leader.
In the modern world, global economy has been struggling to generate the growth but provides the better life in more aspects.
It could mainly contribute and women remain blocked from the contributing to true potential.
